Terms

Last updated July 7, 2026

These terms cover your use of getrepbook.com — the RepBook marketing site, operated by Fast Forward LLC (“RepBook,” “we,” “us”), based in Salem, Massachusetts. By using this site, you agree to them. They’re written to be read, not to trip you up.

These terms apply to this website only. The RepBook iOS app and the live application at repbooklive.com have their own terms, which govern your use of those.

Using the site

This is a free, informational site — a directory, a blog, and pages about what we’re building. You’re welcome to browse and share it. In return, please don’t misuse it: don’t try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site; don’t scrape it in ways that disrupt it or strip our data wholesale; and don’t use it to do anything unlawful.

Our content

The words, design, and RepBook name and branding on this site are ours or used with permission. You’re free to link to our pages and quote them with credit, but please don’t copy substantial parts of the site or our branding for your own use without asking first.

Images and attribution

Many of the photographs on this site come from other creators and are used under Creative Commons licenses, which require that credit be given to the creator. We provide that attribution alongside the images. Those photographs remain the work of their creators and are governed by their respective licenses — our terms don’t grant you any rights to them beyond what each license already allows.

Copyright complaints

We respect copyright, and if we’ve gotten something wrong we want to fix it. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email us at legal@getrepbook.com with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and we’ll review and respond. We handle these complaints consistent with the notice-and-takedown process of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Links to other sites

This site links to places we don’t control — the App Store, theater websites, and the sources cited on our pages. We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement.

The RepBook app

When you download RepBook for iOS, your use of the app is governed by the app’s own terms and by the Apple App Store’s terms — not by these website terms.

Disclaimers

This site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep our theater directory and audition information accurate, but it’s gathered from many sources and will sometimes be incomplete or out of date. Don’t rely on it as the last word — confirm audition details with the theater itself. We don’t warrant that the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fast Forward LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

How we handle information on this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms by reference.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be made clear. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable U.S. law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
